Plot:
The film tells the story of a young man whose older brother, Shaobei, a martial arts champion, is seriously injured and dies in the ring during a world championship fight. Driven by patriotism and a desire to clear his brother’s name and fulfill his last wishes, the younger brother swears revenge. His journey involves intense training in Gujiaquan under his uncle,
a process that includes, over-the-top elements such as training by fighting CGI crocodiles to prepare for an opponent named “Crocodile”. The narrative focuses on the protagonist’s transformation from a rookie to a skilled fighter, ultimately returning to the ring to win back respect for Chinese Kung Fu and prove that Chinese people can stand tall in the world.
